TADCO board ends MoU with Support Warehouse

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.'s (TADCO) board of directors decided, on May 7, to terminate the non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) sealed with Support Warehouse Co. Ltd as of May 7, 2023, and not to sign the final agreement, according to a filing to Tadawul.  

 

On Dec. 13, 2022, TADCO signed a MoU with Support Warehouse to enter into a partnership with the aim of providing catering services to the companies operating in the restaurants, hotels, cafes and catering sectors, according to data available with Argaam. 

 

The company renewed the MoU for two months in February 2023, and extended it for additional two months in April.
