Alqemam for Computer Systems plans SAR-denominated Murabaha Sukuk

Alqemam for Computer Systems Co. announced its intention to issue Saudi Riyal-denominated Murabaha Sukuk within its Murabaha Sukuk program.

 

The Sukuk aims to support the company's business, Alqemam for Computer Systems said in a statement to Tadawul today, May 14.

 

The firm has appointed Sukuk Capital as the sole arranging manager to create, issue and offer Sukuk.

 

The value of the program is SAR 10 million. The first installment will be offered in two issues with a total value of SAR 3 million.

 

The announcement does not constitute an invitation or offer to buy, own or subscribe to any securities.

 

Alqemam for Computer Systems will announce material developments in due course in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, the statement said.
