SRMG shareholders approve 2022 financials, board report

Saudi Research and Media Group’s (SRMG) shareholders approved audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting held on May 11.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, the group said shareholders discharged board members from liabilities for 2022. They also appointed an auditor to review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2023, as well as Q1 2024.
