The listing of Al Khozama Investment Co. on the Saudi stock market is among the company’s strategic plans, which will be announced once complete, CEO Khalid Abuhaimed told Argaam on the sidelines of the Future Hospitality Summit.

 

Operating for more than 45 years in the real estate, hospitality and tourism sectors, the company invests billions in the Kingdom, with its unique and diversified model in real estate development.

 

Within the framework of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives, the tourism sector is significantly and tangibly developing — a catalyst for investors to take advantage of the available opportunities across Saudi Arabia, Abuhaimed added.
