Dur shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividend for 2023

Dur Hospitality Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividend on semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 14.

 

Meanwhile, they approved all other items included on the meeting’s agenda, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

Dur last paid dividend for 2019 at SAR 0.5 per share, according to data compiled by Argaam.
