Tadawul halts trading on AlKhaleej Training ahead of material announcement

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) placed today, May 15, a one-day trading halt on the shares of AlKhaleej Training and Education Co.

 

The halt was placed upon the company’s request ahead of disclosing a material event, in accordance with the listing rules and the procedures for the suspension of listed securities.  

 

The trading will resume on Tuesday, May 16. 

 

The company's shares were down nearly 1% at SAR 22.32 before the suspension, with almost 165,400 share worth SAR 3.66 million traded.
