Saudi Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih said that the Public Investment Fund (PIF) has completed the establishment of the Saudi-Bahraini Investment Co., with a capital of about SAR 18 billion ($5 billion). 

 

The establishment of the company's main offices will be announced soon, the minister said on the sidelines of the meeting of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Committee in the fields of investment, environment and infrastructure. 

 

Al-Falih also noted that the committee discussed about 13 initiatives, a number of which have been completed, while some are still under implementation.  

 

They are qualitative initiatives with a significant economic impact, the most important is the launch of the above-mentioned company, he stated.
