CMA says REIT subscribers decline to 301,000 in 2022

The total number of REIT subscribers exceeded 301,000 in 2022, a decline of 1.4% compared to 305,400 a year earlier, according to the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) 2022 report issued today, May 15.
 

The number of REITs on the Saudi Exchange reached 18 in 2022, compared to 17 a year earlier.
 

As many as 13 REITs recorded an increase in the number of subscribers in 2022, while other five recorded a decline, namely AlJazira Mawten REIT, Jadwa REIT Al Haramain, SEDCO Capital REIT, MEFIC REIT, and Alkhabeer REIT.
