The lock-up period imposed on Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) major shareholders ends today, May 16 – six months after its shares were listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Nov. 16, 2023.
The lock-up was imposed on the major shareholders, who own a total of 41% of the company’s capital, or 6.41 million shares, of the total 15 million shares.
These shareholders may now dispose of their shares without the need to obtain prior approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
