Nama Chemicals’ board member resigns

Nama Chemicals Co.’s board member, Abdullah Al-Fifi, submitted his resignation from the board of directors on May 16, 2023, effective immediately.

Al-Fifi also resigned from his position as chairman of the board’s audit committee and a member of the remuneration & nomination committee, the company said in a Tadawul statement.

The resignation was submitted due to work conditions that prevent him from continuing his membership in the board of directors and its committees, the statement added.
