GACA seeks public input on draft regulation for passenger rights protection

The General Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA) invited the public and interested parties to send their views on the draft regulation for passenger rights protection, via Istitlaa platform, no later than May 23, 2023. 

 

The draft regulation aims to improve air transport services and raise their efficiency, organize the activities of providing service to passengers from the air carrier and achieve sustainable integration, and improve the experience of those traveling to, from and within the Kingdom by providing the necessary care and support tools, the authority said. 

 

GACA added that the regulation also targets preserving the rights of travelers in order to obtain an organized and safe transport.
