SAIC to receive SAR 5.06 million dividend from TAQA stake

Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) said that the extraordinary general assembly of Industrialization and Energy Services Company (TAQA), in which SAIC owns 2.35% stake, approved the distribution of cash dividends for FY 2022 at SAR 0.30 per share, totaling SAR 215.39 million, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 

Thus, SAIC share from these distributions is SAR 5.06 million, it added.
