Alkhaleej Training says Q1 results to be delayed

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. announced its inability to disclose its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023, within the specified deadline, due to the delay in revealing 2022 earnings, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The financial results for Q1 2023 will be published upon the completion of the audit process by the external auditor, the statement added.

 

Therefore, the trading halt procedures will be applied to the stock by virtue of the listing regulations approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
