Maadaniyah shareholders elect board members

National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co.’s (Maadaniyah) shareholders approved electing board members for the next three-year term ending May 24, 2026, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 23, according to a Tadawul statement.

The elected members are Mutlaq Almorished, Shaker Alotaibi, Ryyan Tarabzoni, Asem Al-Essa, Omar Al-Bilali, and Mansour Al Ghurairy. 

Shareholders also approved forming the audit committee and determining the duties of its members, as well as setting their remuneration. 

The elected audit committee members are Rayan Ryyan Trabzoni, Mansour Al Ghurairy, and Waheed Harisi.
