Saudi Steel Pipe Co.’s (SSP) board of directors recommended today, May 25, paying no dividends for 2022.
The company cited accumulated losses for the previous year, according to a statement to Tadawul.
It added that the proposal is pending the approval of the upcoming general assembly.
Accumulated losses reached SAR 6.2 million as of 2022, accounting for 1.2% of SSP’s capital, Argaam earlier reported.
