Shareholders of Natural Gas Distribution Co. (NGDC) will vote on the board’s recommendation to pay a 5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.5 per share, for 2022, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for June 18, according to a statement to Tadawul.
