Saudi Arabia aims to be among leading economies, SEZs key pillars: Al Falih

Saudi Arabia aims to be one of the most remarkable global hubs economically, Khalid Al Falih, Minister of Investment, said at the opening of Saudi Special Economic Zones Investment Forum.

 

He noted that the Kingdom has achieved positive results since its decision to diversify the economy away from dependence on oil.

 

Accordingly, initial indicators show that the non-oil sector continues to record revenue growth.

 

He pointed out that the special economic zones (SEZs) will contribute to the transformation as well as transition to innovation.

 

These zones will enhance national capabilities in the non-oil sector, attract international companies to the Kingdom and create mega value for investors.
