MIS inks SAR 228.8 mln contract with SDAIA

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed, on May 29, third phase of technical support for open systems TSOS3 contract with the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA) at a total value of SAR 228.77 million including value-added tax (VAT), according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

This project, which has a term of 36 months, aims to increase the experience and maturity of SDAIA’s information technology centers and provide the necessary support for the application of services and technologies.

 

Financial impact is expected to be reflected on the company’s financials starting from Q1 2023, the statement said, adding that no related parties are included in the deal.

 

The contract was awarded during February 2023, according to data compiled by Argaam.
