Foods Gate board proposes dividend freeze for 2022

Foods Gate Trading Co. stated that its board of directors recommended today, May 30, withholding dividends for 2022.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the recommendation aims to continue boosting the company's existing and future business, as well as supporting its liquidity and financial position.

 

The proposal will be submitted to the upcoming general meeting for approval.
