Saudi Steel Pipe shareholders to vote on 2022 dividend freeze on June 20

Saudi Steel Pipe Co. shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation to withhold dividends for 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting scheduled for June 20, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

They will also vote on approving the board and auditor's reports and financial statements for 2022.

 

E-voting will commence on the agenda items from June 16.
