The real estate liquidation board of Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi’s legacy, in cooperation with Etqaan Real Estate Co., announced the 18th auction for four properties in Riyadh, Dammam and Hail, which will be held on June 18, according to Sabq newspaper.

 

Etqaan Real Estate Chairman Abdulaziz Al-Rasheed said that the first property is Dar Alwakalat building, which is located at the center of the commercial strip on Olaya Road in King Fahd district in Riyadh, over an area of 19,840 square meters. He noted that it is a multi-purpose building for housing and commercial activities.

 

Meanwhile, the second property is Al-Haramain Hotel in Al-Adamah district in Dammam, with an area of 545,590 square meters in the central area that includes large and famous markets such as the gold and wholesale markets, he added.

 

The third property is Al-Zaher's workshop in Al-Kharj Industrial City, Riyadh, over an area of 1582.6 square meters, near its intersection with two main streets in the industrial area (Al-Kharj Road, and Al-Anoz Street, an extension of Al-Hilla Street).

 

Al-Rasheed also pointed out that the fourth property is Al-Samra land plot in Hail, with an area of 36,410 square meters, which is located within the populated neighborhoods and near the logistics services and has complete infrastructure, which constitutes a variety of options for investment in it.
