Dallah shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividends for 2023

Dallah Healthcare Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends semi-annually or quarterly for 2023, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on May 31. 

 

They also approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda, including related-party deals and contracts, according to a statement on Tadawul. 

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the healthcare provider distributed SAR 180 million cash dividend (SAR 2 per share) for 2022 semi-annually.
