NEOM CEO says Sindalah Island construction work at advanced stage

The marine tourism destination, Sindalah Island, is expected to receive it first visitors in Q1 2024, CEO Nadhmi Al-Nasr said during the 20th Middle East annual conference held by London Business School Middle East Club. 

 

The construction work on the island is at an advanced stage, he added. 

 

The investment tours around the world attracted a lot of interest, especially from the US, which is a main investor in NEOM green hydrogen project through Air Products in partnership with ACWA Power

 

Al-Nasr said that the Gulf, US, Chinese and other global companies are looking for opportunities to invest in NEOM, adding that The Line project preserves 95% of the NEOM lands.  

 

In December 2022, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman announced the development of Sindalah, the first luxury island destination in NEOM.
