Tihama board starts legal procedure to terminate CEO

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. stated that its board of directors decided today, June 7, to start the legal procedures to terminate CEO Mazen Al Asmari, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation will be effective from today, June 7, the company said. However, it did not give further details.  

 

The board approved the appointment of Al Asmari as CEO as of Jan. 2, 2022, after serving as Acting CEO from June 14, 2021.
