NHC delivers over 25,000 homes in May

National Housing Co. (NHC), in partnership with real estate developers, announced home deliveries to over 25,000 families in May-end, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

The deliveries of first homes for families are distributed among 11 cities, including Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Al-Ahsa, Qatif, Khamis Mushait, Taif, and Yanbu. They feature 48 housing projects for over 125,000 beneficiaries.

 

NHC, in partnership with the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) and the private sector financiers, seeks to fulfill the Kingdom’s increasing demand for residential units, while introducing housing options in line with international standards.

 

Additionally, NHC is developing various, multi-design projects, using topnotch construction methods across the Kingdom, which will be offered at affordable prices.
