AYYAN shareholders approve board, audit reports for 2022

AYYAN Investment Co. shareholders approved the financial statement as well as board and audit reports for 2022 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 8, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, June 11. 

 

They further ratified discharging board members from liability for 2022. 

 

Shareholders approved the appointment of Abdullah Mohammad Al Azem, Salaman Bander Al Sudairy, Musab Abdulrahman Al Shaikh & Partners for Professional Consulting as the company’s external auditor to audit financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2023 and Q1 2024.
