solutions signs SAR 444.13 mln contract with NCGR

Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co. (solutions) signed, on June 11, a contract with the National Center for Government Resource Systems (NCGR) at a total value of SAR 444.13 million, including VAT, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Under the 42-month contract, awarded on April 26, solutions will support and operate an information technology management program for NCGR. The program is aimed to enable digital transformation, knowledge transfer, in addition to building capabilities.

 

The relevant financial impact will appear on the company’s financials as of Q3 2023 and along the contract period.

 

The contract included no related parties, the statement added.
