Sure signs SAR 14.8 mln contract with Ministry of Communications

Sure Global Tech Co. signed on June 11 a four-year contract worth SAR 14.82 million (inclusive of value-added tax) with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for providing IT consulting services as per the methodology prescribed in the framework agreement.

 

Under the terms of the contract, Sure Global will provide consulting expertise and services in the field of information technology (IT) to fulfill the ministry’s need to expand IT business and services and keep pace with the rapid changes in the business sector, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The services include infrastructure, application, and network protection systems, in addition to IT business governance.

 

A positive financial impact is expected to reflect on 2023–2025 results, the statement added, indicating that there are no related parties to the deal.
