NADEC submits rights issue application to CMA

National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC) submitted, on June 12, a rights offering application to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to raise its capital.

 

Any future updates will be announced in due course, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In April, NADEC’s board of directors recommended a capital increase through a SAR 2 billion rights issue, Argaam reported.
