The Saudi Ports Authority (MAWANI), in partnership with LogiPoint, a subsidiary of Saudi Industrial Services Co., opened a new 72,000 square meter-logistics development at Jeddah Islamic Port with an investment of SAR 150 million.

In a statement, MAWANI said the new zone provides integrated logistics solutions and value-added services for all types of goods, such as medical equipment and medicines, as well as chilled and frozen foods.

The cold storage services provided by the zone will also contribute to enhancing and improving the quality of logistics services and cold supply chains.

The opening of this zone aligns with MAWANI’s strategic plans, which were developed with national and foreign partners, to drive the maritime and logistics services industry.
