Shareholders of Middle East Healthcare Co. (Saudi German Health) approved withholding dividends for 2022 during an ordinary general assembly meeting held on June 18, the company said in a Tadawul statement.
Shareholders also elected board members for the upcoming three-year term ending on September 16, 2026.
The company's board of directors recommended, on March 30, withholding dividends for 2022. The recommendation aimed to support the company's expansions and current construction projects.
Furthermore, the medical services provider is renovating the hospital buildings as well as upgrading the systems and medical equipment to improve hospital operations and increase the company's investment in the healthcare sector, Argaam's data showed.
