City Cement shareholders delegate board to pay interim dividend for 2023

City Cement Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute an interim dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2023 during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on June 19.

They also approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda, according to a statement to Tadawul.

According to data compiled by Argaam, the cement producer distributed a SAR 126 million cash dividend for 2022, on a semi-annual basis, at SAR 0.9 per share.
