Yaqeen Financial Company (Yaqeen Capital), in its capacity as the financial advisor and subscription manager for Abdul Aziz Al-Tuwaijri Trading Co.’s offering on the Nomu-Parallel Market, announced that the offering process was not completed as offered shares were not covered.
In a statement on Tadawul, Yaqeen Capital pointed out that the subscription to the company’s shares is void, and the collected subscription amounts will be returned to subscribers starting today, June 22.
On June 11, Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Tuwaijri issued the prospectus to float 600,000 shares on Nomu, Argaam earlier reported.
