Middle East Healthcare Co.'s (Saudi German Health) board of directors decided to cancel the capital increase to assess other financing solutions, according to a Tadawul statement.
The decision aims to enable the company to implement its strategic and operational plans as well as support its future activities.
In November 2022, the board of directors recommended to increase capital via a SAR 240 million rights issue. The capital hike aimed to help implement the company’s strategic and operating plans and support future activities, as reported earlier by Argaam.
