Saudi Arabia receives 1.66 mln Hajj pilgrims until June 24

The General Directorate of Passports announced the arrival of 1.66 million pilgrims to perform Hajj this year until June 24.

 

In a statement, the directorate stated that 1.59 million pilgrims entered the Kingdom through airports, including 242,270 beneficiaries of the Makkah Route initiative.

 

In addition, 60,770 and 6,830 pilgrims came through land and seaports, respectively.

 

Saudi agencies seek to ensure the arrival of pilgrims takes place in a safe and smooth manner.
