Ejar targets packages of services to set appropriate rent

The Ejar program said it seeks to add packages of services that will actively achieve higher transparency in the real estate market, Al Eqtisadiah newspaper reported.

These services include assessing the rental behavior and determining the appropriate rents, when the residential and commercial rents increase in the market.

The services also include assessing the rental-related factors, such as the availability of services in the neighborhood and quality of rental units.

The program indicated that it is working to organize the real estate rental sector to facilitate procedures, regulate transactions, preserve the rights of related parties, and document all components of the rental process, including contracts, settlements, financial transactions, and the procedures of receiving and handing over.
