Naqi Water authorizes board to pay interim dividends for 2023

Naqi Water Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to pay an interim dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on June 22, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also approved other agenda items.

The Saudi company paid a cash dividend of SAR 20 million, or SAR 1 a share for Q2 and Q3 2022, marking its first dividend payment since debut in August 2022, data compiled with Argaam showed.
