GAS signs SAR 38.7 mln contract to upgrade Aramco’s gas metering station

Gas Arabian Services Co. (GAS) signed, on June 25, contract worth SAR 38.66 million (excluding VAT) to upgrade Saudi Aramco’s gas metering station.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, GAS said the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract is valid for 21 months.

 

The financial impact is expected to appear on the company's financial statements within two years from the commencement date.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, GAS added.
