ProMedEx sets share offering price range on Nomu at SAR 63-68

Professional Medical Expertise Co. (ProMedEx) set the share offering price range at SAR 63-68, Saudi Fransi Capital, the offering's financial advisor and lead manager, said in a statement to Tadawul.

 
It also announced that the book-building process for qualified investors will run between July 9-16.
 

The company plans to float 1.05 million ordinary shares, or 30% of the issued capital, on Nomu-Parallel Market. A total of 1.05 million shares, or 100% of total offered shares, will be allocated to qualified investors. Each investor is entitled to subscribe to 10 shares minimum and 174,999 shares maximum.
