Nama Chemicals appoints Hatim Alsuhaibani as Chairman

Nama Chemicals Co.’s board of directors approved, on July 5, to appoint Hatim Alsuhaibani (independent) as a chairman for the current session, which ends on Feb. 16, 2025, according to a Tadawul statement. 

 

They also decided to appoint the executive committee members for the current session. They are Abdullah Hajres Al Subail (Committee Chairman) and Hatim Alsuhaibani and Sulaiman Al Jedaie (members).
