Thimar submits capital hike request via SAR 150 mln rights issue to CMA

Thimar Development Holding Co. submitted, on July 7, a SAR 150 million rights offering application to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to raise its capital.

Any future updates will be announced in due course, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

The company’s board of directors amended in June its proposal to increase capital via a rights issue by SAR 150 million, instead of SAR 100 million, according to data available with Argaam.
