MIS board OKs establishment of data center management subsidiary

Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) board of directors approved on July 10, establishing a 100%-owned subsidiary in Riyadh. The subsidiary will specialize in managing, operating, and marketing data centers. 

 

The relevant approvals and licenses were obtained, MIS said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

This decision aligns with the company’s strategy to expand its operations in the data center market, the statement added.
