MIS signs SAR 36.8 mln contract with Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University

Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) signed, on July 10, a contract for the operation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks with Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University for a total amount of SAR 36.8 million, including value-added tax (VAT).

 

The contract, awarded on June 6, has a term of 36 months, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.  

 

The deal’s impact will reflect on the company’s financials starting from Q3 2023 until 2026.  

 

 There are no related parties to the contract, the statement added.
