Alkhorayef Water inks Hafar Al-Batain water projects contract with NWC

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. signed today, July 11, a contract for the operation and maintenance of water projects in Hafar Al-Batin suburbs with National Water Co. (NWC), according to a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The company expects the related financial impact to reflect on its financial statements in Q2 2023, noting that there are no related parties. 

 

Alkhorayef Water received the contract today after being signed by all parties, so accordingly disclosed. 

 

In January, the company announced it was awarded a three-year contract worth SAR 28.98 million (exclusive of value-added tax) by NWC, to operate and maintain water projects in Hafar Al-Batin suburbs, according to Argaam's data.
