Yanbu Cement reappoints Al Rajhi as Chairman, Al Khereiji as Vice Chair

Yanbu Cement Co.’s board of directors reappointed Fahad Al Rajhi as Chairman and Mohammed Al Khereiji as Vice Chairman, according to the company’s statement on Tadawul.

The board also appointed Nabil Baghdadi as secretary of the board of directors and named members of the executive committee as follows: Riyad Aba Al-Khail, Abdulaziz Al-Habardi, Omar Jahidhi (independent members) and Ali Alayed (executive member).

Meanwhile, they appointed members of the nominations and remunerations committee to include Turki Al-Mubarak (independent member), and Mohammed Al Khereiji and Abdulaziz Al Rajhi (non-executive members).

The audit committee was also formed to include Ibrahim Al-Rashed, Fahd Al-Jomaih (independent members) and Abdulaziz Al-Naim (external member).
