Oil tanks
US distillates inventories rose 4.8 million barrels, while gasoline stocks stabilized in the week ended July 7.
Crude oil gained 5.9 million barrels last week, beating expectations of a increase of 483,000 barrels, data from the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) showed.
US gasoline inventories fell by 200,000 barrels during the same week, while distillate stocks increased by 1 million barrels.
