Alwaha REIT to pay 4.3% dividend for period since launch until June 30

Wasatah Capital announced the distribution of a cash dividend of 4.3%, or SAR 0.43 per unit, to unitholders of Alwaha REIT, for the period since inception until June 30, 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.
