Saudi Lime reappoints Chairman, names Vice Chair

Saudi Lime Industries Co.'s board of directors approved today, July 18, the reappointment of Chairman Abdulaziz Majid Al-Kassabi and the appointment of Abdulaziz Tariq Al Bassam as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul). 

 

The board also gave a nod to appointing Ihab Mahdi Mufti as board secretary. 

 

This is in addition to naming members of the audit, nominations and remunerations, and executive committees. Also, the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul were appointed. 

 

The company noted that the decisions will be effective as of the start of the new term on July 21, for three years until July 20, 2026.
