Saudi Re receives Shariah compliance certificate from Shariah committee

Saudi Reinsurance Company (Saudi Re) received, on July 26, a statement from its Shariah Advisor, namely, Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB) and its appointed Shariah Supervisory Committee, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The statement confirmed that the company’s financial arrangements, contracts and transactions with its customers, other financial companies and stakeholders for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022, were in compliance with Shariah standards and approved guidelines.
