The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) helped employ 201,000 Saudis in private establishments in the first half of 2023 through various initiatives, a rise of more than 14% from 150,000 Saudis in the year-earlier period.

Turki Al-Jawini, Director General of Hadaf, said that the number of establishments operating in the sector, which benefited from Hadaf’s programs, jumped 41% to 79,000 from 56,000 in the first half of 2022. The total expenses of support programs exceeded SAR 4.6 billion, the state-run SPA reported.

Hadaf’s new strategy, which was launched in the first quarter, helped individuals and establishments benefit better from the fund’s programs and services.
